Focus News!
focus news! Commissioned by St. Ethelburga's Centre for Peace and Reconciliation this news programme was put together by young people concerned that TV news didn't represent their views. They chose conflict and the Iraq war as their theme. They felt there was too much editorialising in the way choices were made of what TV news programmes show us. They used existing TV news bulletins and interviews they conducted in the streets of London to highlight what they felt was a major difference between what the public felt and what TV news channels broadcast.

Brighter Futures
brighter futures home page Commissioned by Save the Children to work with three groups of young refugees and asylum seekers throughout the UK to develop their website. Following a consultation process with the young people it was decided to keep the site predominantly visual. A photography/postcard project was developed to run alongside the production of the site to create specific and original content. Other content has been repurposed from work they have carried out in the past. An interactive element is also being developed to allow young refugees and asylum seekers the opportunity to communicate with each other.

Bubblycrew
Bubblycrew animations Winner of the Cable & Wireless/Childnet International Award 2002. Bubblycrew is a group of young carers in Hammersmith & Fulham who felt there was nothing on the web by or for young carers. They wrote their profiles, recounted their experiences, conducted interviews and created a place for other young carers to have their say. They also created flash animations based around their lives as young carers.

Since they won their award they have undertaken many other media projects creating two films, a music CD and video and several magazines which are all now highlighted on the website.
